By accessing and using ContentFlow ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ContentFlow cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy. Failure to pay will result in termination of your account.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ContentFlow be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.
